Problem

Medilogic needed a 360m² clear span modular mezzanine floor as they faced challenges in expanding storage within their operational warehouse. The existing steel shelving constraints limited efficient space utilisation. A clear span design was ideal to overcome their spatial challenges and create an expansive storage area. The installation also demanded a flooring suitable for powered pallet jack use, adding complexity to the project. 

Solution

The clear span modular mezzanine floor involved meticulous planning to seamlessly position it over existing steel shelving. The integration of a rollover pallet gate and robust double-thick plywood flooring catered to specific operational requirements, ensuring compatibility with powered pallet jack usage.
